Himalaya Restaurant collects only the information needed to prepare your orders, manage your reservations and run your customer account.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address.
- Orders, reservations and loyalty points history.
- Messages sent through the contact form.
- Technical data needed for security (IP address, session cookie).
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your orders, confirm your reservations, credit your loyalty points and answer your messages. Marketing messages are only sent if you agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time from your account.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the period required by accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.
Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (session, cart, security). No advertising cookies are used.
Your rights
